Can I choose the exact place on the pixel wall?
Yes! You can choose the exact spots on the Pixel wall. This functionality is available only to desktop (computer) users. Very soon it will also be possible from mobile devices.
What is the minimum or maximum amount of pixels I can buy?
The minimum amount is 100 pixels (10x10). There is no limitation on the maximum amount. For custom solutions- please contact the team.
Where can I see the price for 1 pixel?
The price is displayed on the main page above the pixel wall. The current price for one pixel is 0.001 SOL or 0.1 SOL per pixel square.
Will there be price changes in pixel price?
Yes. Pixel price will change during the time based on the wall's occupation. Those who will get it here faster will get the pixels cheaper.
What kind of picture layout, format and size can I upload?
On the wall, you can choose either a square or rectangular form. Make sure your uploaded picture fits that form so the best quality of the picture can be achieved.
Don't worry about format or size- our team will adjust it for your chosen picture pixel size.
Can I change the size and form during the buying process?
Yes. You will adjust sizes and forms until the order has been submitted. You can do this by closing the checkout window and starting again with step 1.
What picture should I choose to upload?
You can upload any picture. The better quality of picture you have- the better result.
What kind of link can I submit?
You can submit your NFT marketplace, Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, Linkedin, company website, or any other link which will not break the sensitive content rules.
What picture formats are accepted?
JPG and PNG.
Can I buy directly without checkout?
We recommend this by doing the checkout on the web page, but of course, you are always welcome to contact us, and we can help with the checkout. This includes custom solutions.
Will I receive an order confirmation after purchase?
Yes, you will receive confirmation in your email after the checkout. There will be a unique order ID for every purchase, so if you have any questions, you can contact us by email using your order ID.
How long will it take to update the pixel wall after my purchase?
Our team will do it as soon as possible, but it might take up to 24 hours due to the weekends and time zone differences.
Am I able to sell or trade my pixel wall spot?
The ownership functionality will be delivered in Roadmap Phase 3 where owners can sell, trade, and change pictures for owned pixels. It will be done with smart contracts.
But you can always contact the team if you want to change the ownership right to another address. For example, if you sell your NFT, the new owner also gets the right to own this NFT picture on the pixel wall.
